NAA proudly welcomes Wendy Spencer as the Tuesday keynote speaker at NAA’s March Convention. Spencer is CEO of the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS), a federal agency that administers programs that engage millions of Americans in national service and volunteering. Her vast experience and many accomplishments will certainly be informative and enlightening!
