Showcase your work! Exhibiting is a great way to introduce people to your products and services in the out-of-school time field. Reserve your spot for one of our Exhibitor booths at the 2018 Fall Leadership Symposium. Tables are limited, so REGISTER TODAY!

 

Exhibitor Table Request

Deadline: October 23th, 2018
Set-up for each day will begin at 6:30 a.m.
Exhibit hours: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Come show your stuff!
Promote and or demonstrate your group, program, products, art, or events to conference attendees from all over the state. We encourage individuals who are experienced in early childhood, out-of-school time and parent engagement. Or any other vendor and service provider in OST.

Exhibitor is provided a six foot table and two chairs. Exhibitor is responsible for set up and take down, staffing and payment of any audio visual needs for exhibit.

Fees are as follows:

For profit organization: $200

Non-Profit organization: $150

Additional Attendee: $50

Exhibitor Meals are Included.
